McComsey Builders is a second-generation, family-owned custom home builder based in Parkesburg, Pennsylvania. Bob McComsey Sr. founded the company in 1986, and today his sons Bob and Mike run it together, with the same family name on every project.

Chester County
Chester County is home. Our shop is in Parkesburg, our name has been on projects across the county since 1986, and the landmark builds that put us on the map sit right here. From West Chester to Oxford, we design and build custom homes, additions, kitchens, and barns for families who want one-of-one work.
Delaware County
Just east of our Chester County base, we build for families in Delaware County who want a boutique builder rather than a volume operation. Chadds Ford, Glen Mills, and Newtown Square sit within an easy reach of our team, our trades, and our in-house cabinet shop.
Cecil County
Across the Pennsylvania line into Maryland, we build for families along the upper Chesapeake. Earleville is where our riverfront custom-home work has taken us, and we bring the same craft and transparent process south that we are known for in Chester County.
